Wyndham Garden Chinatown

We attended an event at The Bowery and stayed here at the Wyndham Garden. It was nice and close. The hotel staff were very helpful. Great hotel. I would stay here again.

Liked: The property was always clean including lobby, elevators, hallway and the room. The staff was always very polite even if they weren’t ableTo help with something.
Disliked: Couldn’t check in before 3, no room service, breakfast area becomes a bit messy because of so many people passing through. BEDS WERE SUPER HARD. Rooms are small.

Disliked: Streets weren't clean.The lighting in the room wasn't enough.

We expected more, unfortunately this...

Liked: The location was excellent, the man that checked us in was also very nice as well as the final girl that checked us out. And the HBAC technician was extremely nice.
Disliked: Everything else. The bathroom was a bit dirty upon our arrival. The AC was broken and the room was hot and humid even with the fans. And the key card was a hit or miss on working, to the point that we had to refresh and get a whole new one

This is a great property...

Liked: I love this hotel! I stay here every year when I travel to nyc. The hotel is beautiful the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is convenient- walk to subways, stores and restaurants.
Disliked: Not much to dislike.
