Disliked: this property is just horrible the pool is not open they don’t clean your rooms

Liked: i didn’t like anything about the property .
Disliked: the back doors of the hotel didn’t work they kept them locked so you had to use the front door and walk far to the one elevator that’s working because the other elevator’s are out of service. We requested for new towels and wash cloths in the morning didn’t get any until meyer that night which we had to go down to the front desk to ask for them.The. we asked for our room to be cleaned and the linen changed no one came and when we did speak to someone they told us that there was no house keeping available mind you we asked for our room to be cleaned that morning while we was out

Would not come back when...

Liked: The maintenance guy was nice.
Disliked: It took 4 rooms to finally get a working one which made us had to cancel plans and no one really cared. the staff was rude when we asked for towels.

Exceptional

Liked: Convenient so that I could go to work the next morning. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi also the room the Jacuzzi sit in was very nice. Loved the set up.
Disliked: Housekeeping didn't have my room clean when I arrived to check in

Liked: The spa tub in the room.
Disliked: Very noisy. Other guests were fighting and arguing right outside our window. As we left our room, someone had gotten sick on the floor (carpeted) and it was just nasty.
