Disliked: Elevator out of order, fore alarm iat 7h30ish and had to pack everything going downstairs. Fire brigade arrived, and there was no issue. Either a guest was smoking or something like that. I had to go upstairs again with my luggage. BKFT caffè machine out of order at reception unfriendly staff. Curtains out of order and room not so clean.

DO NOT STAY HERE, EVER!

Disliked: First off, our room was not ready and we came in on 6/30 around 10/10:30p! We had to go from a King suite to a 2-Queen Bed suite. The excuse given to me was that they have been having pilots coming into town, unexpectedly, and the “higher ups” aren’t giving them enough time to clean the rooms between shifts! If this were the Ritz Carlton or the Hiltons, it would’ve been cleaned!!!!!!Just look! The pictures speak for themselves! I have tried for DAYS to speak to the Manager, “Mr. M,” by having the staff call him on his PERSONAL cell! She sent the pics below and yet, I’m being told that someone will get back to me! NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT YET! When I called Mr. M back, he told me that the number was his personal cell and that I should have patience?! The receptionist was the one who GAVE OUT CARDS WITH THIS MAN’S NAME & PERSONAL NUMBER ON IT! There’s no knob on the bedroom door! The mattress doesn’t even match the sized sofa bed! I HAVE 2 KIDS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS WHO NEEDED A CLEAN SPACE TO SLEEP ON! WHAT KIND OF FOOLERY IS THIS! There was a MARIJUANA BUD IN ONE OF THE BEDS!!!! What’s even sadder is when the receptionist showed these pics to the LEAD Housekeeper, she didn’t even see anything wrong!I’m supposed to be patient???? Where is my call back??!!! Where is my refund I was promised?!!! Where is the OWER?! DID MR. M EVEN INFORM HIM OF THE CONCERNS??!!!

Getting a bit worn but...

Liked: Pretty solid property for what I paid. Nothing too crazy, The free laundry is an amazing choice as well👏🏾. I had 2 rooms this time around, one day in one room, then the doors’ battery went out (which can happen anywhere) but this room smelled super fresh and clean. I was moved to another room on the 3rd floor. The staff was super helpful and great with this request, Decent overall, can’t really complain.
Disliked: The pictures on Priceline, booking.com , etc. make it look more bright and fresh when it wasn’t as much, it does get the job done overall though. The second room hit me in the face with the smell of smoke😅. It is a non-smoking room but some guest just didn’t care. I only stayed for two more nights at that point so I just put up with it🤷🏽‍♂️.

I don’t recommend this place...

Disliked: The toilet was leaking and we told them about it. Our room key quit working and they couldn’t get anything to work.Their pool wasn’t even functioning

Disliked: The property needs major maintenance. The elevator door slams shut and shakes then opens up again. The ride up/down is not smooth and there’s a gap between the door and elevator. In short, the elevator is NOT safe at all so I don’t get why it’s still operating. It’s also the only elevator “working” because the other ones say it’s down so I can’t imagine how bad those got before they decided “hey, we need to shut this down because it’s not safe for the guests or our staff.” The side door to the hotel that you use your key card to enter does not work. One of the workers let us in and told us it doesn’t work. Also, we couldn’t use one of the luggage wheel things because they needed an ID which is a first. I asked why and was told they get stolen and they only have two left so now they ID everyone. Not the staffs fault to ask for ID’s but the management or whoever is in charge needs to get more and do something because that’s ridiculous. Also, the key card to my room worked then I went down to grab my other stuff (since I couldn’t use the luggage carrier thing) only to go back up and none of the key cards are working. So, I had to go back down and ask for her to reprogram it or whatever they do.
