There is a Dunkin' Donuts next door. Convenient to the interstate. We were going to the University of Buffalo - it was just a few minutes away. Our room was quiet but we were in the back of the hotel away from the busy street and restaurant.
Liked: Clean; comfortable beds; soft, fluffy pillows; nicely decorated. Pool area and spa were nice. Bath and body works toiletries. In room coffee was very good. The cleaning staff arranged our daughter's stuffed animals on the bed in such a way that she got a kick out of it.
Disliked: Showers could have a shelf to place your shampoo. Poorly placed soap dish in shower.

Disliked: I wish the hotel had complimentary breakfast or that the hot tub would have been working

New and Comfortable Lodging
Liked: New, clean, and comfortable lodging option in the Buffalo area. Easy access and parking.
Disliked: Wish they included breakfast considering the price.

Liked: The hotel was very well maintained and the room was clean.
Disliked: Wish there was some free snack at front desk especially checking in late. There was water which is good.

Liked: The rooms are large and beds super comfortable! Housekeeping staff super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking was strange, and I felt lucky to get a spot. Front desk people all seemed new or something. One had a hard time checking us in, another - phoned from the room- started talking to me then held the phone away from his ear while he talked through an entire other problem with another employee and guest?. I ended up hanging up.
