Good hotel in Berlin Mitte

Liked: Location was good. Comfortable bed and clean room. Wifi works very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Hotel needs renovation, construction works going on in the next building but I didn't hear and disturbing noise. No kettle in the room.

Liked: Young Bar attendant very helpful and polite went out of his way to help us. Indonesian Young Man.
Disliked: Very unusual to have a sink in the Bedroom area and not in the Bathroom. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room or access to free tea coffee in reception area. The area outside the hotel could do with somebody removing all the dirty litter. Looks unkept.

Disliked: it's under construction in the front and entry and first garden / glassed in section. I didn't realize til i got there that the restaurant i was counting on was closed for construction? or some reason. Also they sprayed my room daily with a perfume i hated and felt allergic to. a friend visited and was scared and creeped out by the chaotic entrance under construction with wires hanging from the ceiling of the huge entry tunnel and random plywood hammered in random areas. it felt unsafe

Liked: Was ok Check in staff were a bit rude. Room was ok stains on the floor and dirt in the shower but ok for price

Liked: The room was spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out.
Disliked: The duvets were thin and too small - common in Germany
