Liked: I booked through 3rd party(booking.com)A pool was advertised,yet upon contacting the property I was told the property didn’t have a pool and booking was using they other properties pics sell rooms the manager then said they agreed to cancel and accommodate me at one of the properties that does have a pool but first booking had to cancel the reservation since I went through them,people who barely speak English answered the phone and told me they will send an email to the property because they couldn’t reach NO ONE OVER THE PHONE but I spoken to the manager 3 times on top of that they never sent the email My opinion is booking u all are ripping people off and I will get to the bottom of this situation I work hard for my money…….and I never checked into the room

Disliked: The parking is horrible and very limited. One of the people traveling with me wasn’t able to use the parking at the hotel due to the size of the vehicle and the way the parking is made. The first room I checked in the lock on the door was broke.
