Liked: The location was solid, not far from the airport and getting to S Congress or Downtown was quick and easy. The staff was great too
Disliked: Hot tub and some things in the workout facility were out of order

Liked: The pool area was really nice and there was ample parking the bar and it’s tender were very nice good drinks and just as expensive as the rest of Austin 15 for off menu drinks 5 for a beer and 13 for specialty
Disliked: The whole area smelled of cat pee and poop… I didn’t see one cat The hotel staff was very rude about the fact that the breakfast was not complimentary The bathroom smelled so terrible of mildew every time we took a shower and after for a while too Thankfully I bring Lysol with us wherever we go Laundry facilities worked but half were broken

Exceptional

Liked: The staff is friendly, everything works properly, there is a really nice court yard connected to some of the rooms on the first floor. The sliding door access makes it easier for people to enjoy the pool and hot tub area.
Disliked: The pushy male housekeeper who did not want to give me 10 minutes to gather my things and leave while him and his wife cleaned my room. It was really upsetting to be told I could not have time to do what I needed to do. After a lady knocked on my door and I answered he popped up and exclaimed, "I have a doctor appointment!"What? I wasn't even checking out, I was just leaving with my dog to take care of business and they came like the Mob about to throw me out of a casino for cheating. I told the front desk agent and she helped me feel better about the situation, heading off to my room to ask them to leave my room as soon as possible because I kind of felt violated.

Disliked: Could not get the hot tub hot but the jets still work

Liked: All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was okay for what we needed, bigger than expected. Breakfast in the restaurant was lovely and kids really enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: Unbeknowst to us, the wardrobe had a pool of water on the floor and one of our bags got very wet however when we mentioned it, we were switched to another room instantly. New rooms fridge didn't work and we had to throw a bit of food away.
