Liked: Rooms were clean and big. Loved the view.

Hotel review

Liked: Hotel location was within walking sistance to local attractions. The hotel was easy to locate. The room was nice sized and had all amenities needed.
Disliked: The only comfortable chair in the room was the desk chair. When I sat on the sofa bed, I sunk into the back end. It was advertised, but there was NO buffet breakfast. I also, I did not care that I had to pay for parking in their lot.

Disliked: Air conditioner didn't work properly. We did not alert anyone, since we were only staying overnight

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Bathroom was not clean and smelling and the towel was full of hairs. Room had damaged furniture. Not worth the price charged. They charged me again while checking in for the room rent despite paying the rent in advance.

Liked: Close to state park and casino The bar and restaurant was nice.
Disliked: The room smells like smoke. Furniture in the room old and outdated. The rug was very old and dirty.

If you want a room...

Liked: The location was very convenient near Niagara Falls park and restaurants
Disliked: There is no cleaning service and despite offering towels if needed, we never get them. We have asked many times at the front desk until the third night at 11 pm, they said they are here come down and collect them which we didn’t mind if it was communicated to us. They Also claimed cleaning service on the third day, but it didn’t happened so Trash bins were full and until I spot coincidentally the cleaning lady and after 15 minutes of figuring out by me who’s turn is it to clean and finding their schedule, one room was cleaned and the second was not. Also our bedsheets had crumbs when we checked in.
