feel like we were "catfished"...

Liked: close to Niagara falls!
Disliked: pretty grim rooms, work being carried out which we were not informed about! dirty windows, stained furniture, window frames inside were filthy and ceiling by windows were hole ridden and looked mouldy, restaurant closed day we arrived and told it was closed today and would open the next day!

Really poor services

Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff. if I could give it a zero star, I would. When we used the guest laundry, the dryer ruined at least 12 ofOur garments. When we reported it, the staff didn’t seem to give a damn. I gave feedback on the hotel website, and still haven’t had a response. Don’t stay here if you would like any kind of service from staff.

Liked: Location impressed me a lot rather than view , room are very confortable.
Disliked: Not experience anything such as but Breakfast would add the value
