Disliked: The excess billing . Please check credit card for overcharges than the bookings . Need multiple follow ups to revert the fraudulent charges.Corridor was very dirty. Rooms were just okay.

Amazing waterfalls

Liked: In this area, right next to the waterfalls, the choice of hotels is limited, so there's no need to be too picky. The hotel is average for this town, but its glory days are long behind it. Its proximity to the waterfalls is a definite advantage.
Disliked: The hotel needs updating and upgrading. Cleanliness is also poor, and the windows were very, very dirty. It's also a shame they don't open and can't be ventilated.Check-in is only available at 4 PM, which is also a major inconvenience.
