My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the hotel. We will be staying at the Clarion in the future!

I usually try to stay at Comfort Inns - lately I find I might change my mind. Too many dumpy hotels.
Liked: Bed was OK, same with breakfast.
Disliked: Very shabby and dated; lovely view of dumpster.

Comfy and spacious rooms; great hot breakfast, location, restaurant food; good value for money.
Disliked: Not the newest hotel I've seen

Liked: The included breakfast. However many items were gone at 8a.m.
Disliked: Noisy. 1950?s style outside room. Not up to expectations for a Wyndham. Pool invaded by poorly behaved junior high group not being supervised. Told transit would be available momentarily. It arrived 50 minutes later

Was definitely the right choice...
Liked: The simple, yummy, and filling continental breakfast was actually a lot better than most of the continental breakfasts I've had at other hotels (including the way more expensive ones). The staff was courteous, approachable, and attentive without being the least bit intrusive, annoying, or unprofessional. The atmosphere of the entire hotel was cozy, yet still managed to seem like a great place to hold a professional conference or wedding event. Moreover, the hotel was conveniently located when it came to visiting our friends in town, going out to eat, and doing shopping.
Disliked: The bathroom lacked a powered vent (or, at least, any indication of having a vent switch). Given that I like to take long, hot showers (and somehow feel less exposed using the toilet when the sound of the vent is running), this made the otherwise extremely comfortable and elegantly designed bathroom slightly less pleasant for me. Not only would the mirrors remain fogged up for at least 15 minutes after my shower, but also the moisture would seep into all of the cardboard containers, facial tissues, and toilet paper in the bathroom (and even seemed to permeate the bedroom a little bit). This may be a new thing that all hotels are doing, but I dislike it, regardless (though, in fairness, it probably did me some good to learn to keep my showers short and cool).
