My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the hotel. We will be staying at the Clarion in the future!

I usually try to stay at Comfort Inns - lately I find I might change my mind. Too many dumpy hotels.

Liked: Bed was OK, same with breakfast.
Disliked: Very shabby and dated; lovely view of dumpster.

Comfy and spacious rooms; great hot breakfast, location, restaurant food; good value for money.

Disliked: Not the newest hotel I've seen

Liked: Offered a shuttle to the football game
Disliked: - Towels were dirty and had hair on them- Vent in shower had fallen down and took 2 days for someone to fix it- Temperature in room was too hot and very old outdated system- The entry way smelled of chlorine from the pool- Staff was helpful but didn't feel welcoming or happy, more like we were bothering them

Liked: Hotel was easy to locate, with plenty of free parking. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Business centre easy to use. Shops and food outlets nearby. Breakfast (included) was great, an excellent start to the day. Price was commensurate with the standard of the hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the pool was temporarily closed - it looked good and after a day on the road a relaxing swim would have been ideal.

Liked: Room had a broken aircondition . Some young man came to fix it , couldnt fix it , did not understand one word of English . He kept saying OK , I told him to tell the reseptionist to move us . After waiting a long time and nothing happening I went down to find out the reseptionist didn’t even know he didn’t fix it and moved us to another room .The next day we made a mistake and went to a wrong room because our key worked on that room also . We saw some one else stuff in the room and walked out . Strange that our key would work on some one else’s room, kind of scary
Disliked: Communication between the front desk and the repair man . The mirror in the bathroom had some black stains . I cleaned them with my finger nails . Just needed some scrubbing . Cleaning lady not that great at detailing the bathrooms
