Don’t stay here!

Liked: That it was close to the airport
Disliked: It was very dirty see pictures of trash being left out in the hallway and a bucket to catch water leak , Rugs were filthy.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Dirty, trash in the halls, littered throughout. Shuttle never picked us up, a neighboring otel location, lakeside,shuttle transported us. Staff was short, language skills minimal for one of the receptionists.

Expensive for the type of...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff. Too expensive for a regular hotel. Indoor pool was extremely cold.

Would not stay there again

Disliked: Old furniture & fixtures-some of which were falling apart-not very clean-skimpy bedding

Alternative hotels would be better

Liked: Location but shuttle was only on half hours.
Disliked: Old, tired. Needs updating. Can hear conversations in adjoining rooms.

Ok during the stay, frustration...

Liked: Close to the airport and close to locations in Anchorage.
Disliked: Having a hard time getting an invoice. Was told that I can’t get an invoice since I booked on booking.com. Saw a charge of $2.75 on my credit card,which I don’t know where it came from. Asked both booking.com, who referred me to the hotel, which I contacted and haven’t heard back. Keep getting the run around, very irritating. Front desk staff also came across as rude at times.

Disliked: Promised pickup never came. Ran out of eggs at breakfast…came as we left.
