Liked: Location is great. Ample parking.
Disliked: Rooms need to be remodeled/updated. Carpets were very nasty especially in elevators. Our room didn’t have enough hot water for two to shower. Others in my group in other rooms had the same problem . Food prep area ( no dining area) is hideous. Only ate prepackaged foods. Didn’t trust cooked foods

Liked: The location was great for our needs and the room size was gracious.
Disliked: Took 3 rooms to find a suitable room. First had a homeless squater who snuck in, second was used and was missing linens. The breakfast had broken appliances with limited options and burnt food. The facility also had a mix of recent renovations and remaining damage throughout along with smoke smells in the elevator.

Disliked: Expensive. Double charged the room, added fees were charged that they couldn’t figure out where they came from. Have to go through bank to get money back. Ed’s were so uncomfortable.

Disliked: This needs to be removed from Booking.Com. The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Dirty, smelled of urine and homeless roaming around premises. It appears that people are living in the basement rooms, as if it was a shelter or something. People going in and out of a side door. I felt my safety was at risk and left within an hour of checking in. Front desk attendant was no help at all and told me there was nothing they could do. This was at 1:30 am

Disliked: The property did not let us know that the pool and/or spa was out of order and they still collected the full amount of money. The reason we booked this property was precisely for those amenities.
