Pleasant

Liked: The staff was very friendly and super helpful.
Disliked: The elevators seemed outdated and scary to ride.I didn't like the huge 4×4 boards that stuck from under the bed.The hotel could use a bit more TLC.. but yet still nice especially for the price.

Would not recommend or patronize...

Disliked: Not linked to bookings.com took almost 2 hours to resolve. Either fix it on refuse online 3rd party agents. Hotel staff disinterested in resolving issue. I suspect this is an issue with this specific hotel.2nd issue $200 hold on my CC? Why? Nothing in the room worth $200..

I was really disappointed.

Liked: Exterior beautiful!
Disliked: The planks holding the mattresses sticking out The continental breakfast, unsanitary- pouring milk and juice from an open pitcher- no lids for the coffee- no one to man to station, 1 fruit option Asked the morning desk guy for an extra towel, his response “ we don’t have any “, I only asked him because my room phone didn’t work ☹️
