Accommodated us at the last minute. Very clean room. Friendly staff. Only stayed one night but was very pleased.

Liked: Everything.

Disappointed with morning staff

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and a nice selection of pillows. I have stayed at this hotel more than once and it has always been wonderful. Until this stay.
Disliked: My TV didn't work. When I called down to the desk she said she "would see if she could send someone up" I got sick of waiting so I told her to forget it. My room didn't have a microwave. I mentioned it at checkout and was told not all rooms have them. It would have been nice to know I had to request a room with a microwave. When I told her about the TV never working she very dryly told me she was sorry and that's it. She did not care one bit that I was unhappy with the stay. The business is hospitality, maybe try to at least address the guests' issues. I won't stay there again due to the lack of effort on their end.Also, the room was right by the elevator and when there is nothing else making noise in the room, it is very loud.

Overall a nice stay.

Liked: I was there for a business conference. We conducted are our business in the conference room. I had no need to use the Business Center. The staff I encountered were polite and courteous.Room was comfortable, although the beds were high, I at 6'3" could not sit on the edge and still have my feet on the floor.
Disliked: There was only one of two elevators working. The on premise Restaurant was closed.

Disliked: Everything Staff rude and would not recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet night's sleep. When we walked in, there was screaming and yelling all through the lobby. The room we were given was directly above the pool with loud rap music playing. Clerk and her manager were not accommodating & yelled at us and we left. The customer service was awful

Disliked: 1. Staff was unfriendly from check-in. We checked in electronically, but they still had us do paperwork when we got there. Didn't save time at all. 2. Didn't tell us about the extra $100 charge for 'incidentals' that was on our card after checkout. Took me 3 calls to be connected to someone about the charge, and she was very rude on the phone.3. The HVAC system was extremely loud and the room still never got cool.4. Breakfast was a joke...powdered eggs w/ cheese, and 2 loaves of bread to toast in dirty toaster.
