Wyndham Flagstaff

Property was nice, 2 bedroom...

Liked: Comfortable beds, nice amount of space. Liked having washer/dryer and living room space.
Disliked: Kitchen was lacking some basic items. No cutting board, minimal pans. Also front desk charged us for 2 additional days and couldn’t figure it out. We paid in full on booking.com, then we were charged the 2 more days and waiting for it to be corrected. Not what I wanted to deal with while on vacation..

Liked: It was close to everything . Rooms were well equipped, comfortable bed, large shower. I would stay again, and I definitely recommend it.

Liked: Extreme weather conditions (heavy snowfall) delayed us for more than three hours and to make matters worse, the last stretch of the road to Flagstaff was closed. It was already getting dark and we had to make a 90-mile diversions. We kept the hotel reception informed via email. Instead of arriving at three in the afternoon, we arrived around midnight. We thought we had booked a hotel room, but it turned out to be a super nice apartment (in the snow). The receptionist whose shift was long over, was kind enough to wait for us and took us to the cottage. All credit to this man. We had a lovely relaxing stay at Club Wyndham Flagstaff and will definitely go there again next time.
