The staff was very friendly. Britanny was especially hospitable by offering us an upgraded room (since they weren't overly busy) and a bottle of wine to celebrate my husband's birthday. What a special added touch!

Liked: The room was great - heart shaped jacuzzi!
Disliked: Clarity on the original price for the room. I saw it advertized as $67 plus tax and thought the final total was $76. It was actually $76 plus tax which was a surprise. But they had given us an upgrade when we arrived so it certainly was worth $94. total.

The room was very comfortable with a couch and chair. Amenities were good. An enjoyable stay.

Liked: The location. The staff were very friendly. The distance to the Fallsview Casino and the Conference Centre.
Disliked: The room was very old,very small and in need of repair. The wind blew through the wall and windows. The carpet was very dirty. Your white socks were black after walking across the room. The room was not clean the Kleenex, toiletries were all empty.

Liked: I like the location of the hotel, and all of the amenities. Lots of things to do.
Disliked: I dont like that the rooms don't have microwaves, the blinds are also not black out, if you're on lower level city side it's very bright in the room at night, makes it hard to sleep.

Liked: We were relocated to The Embassy Suites by Hilton due to over booking. At first we weren't sure about the move but we found the staff to be attentive and helpful and we enjoyed having the extra space in the suite. We had to call maintenance to fix a shower head problem and they responded immediately and fixed it within minutes. We parked in the $35 lot and never had a problem getting a shuttle back and forth.
Disliked: No complaints
