Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel

The staff was very friendly. Britanny was especially hospitable by offering us an upgraded room (since they weren't overly busy) and a bottle of wine to celebrate my husband's birthday. What a special added touch!

Liked: The room was great - heart shaped jacuzzi!
Disliked: Clarity on the original price for the room. I saw it advertized as $67 plus tax and thought the final total was $76. It was actually $76 plus tax which was a surprise. But they had given us an upgrade when we arrived so it certainly was worth $94. total.

The room was very comfortable with a couch and chair. Amenities were good. An enjoyable stay.

Liked: The walkway to the Casino.
Disliked: None.

Like the hotel location but...

Disliked: There was no hot water day 2 and could not shower. After boiler apparently fixed, following morning was luke warm at best . Also had to call security three times for noise complaint with kids running in halls and slamming doors constantly. No adults in sight

Great hotel for a vacation...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and everything you need is right there. Right on the bus route. The pool and hot tubs were great. Nice big rooms and a fabulous view!
Disliked: There was a late night fire alarm but it was taken care of quickly.

Poor

Liked: We liked the location close for us to be able to watch the show and not have to drive or be outside.
Disliked: Our sink leaked every time you turned it on Our shower leaked and my husband's clothes he was going to wear for the following day were wet.The coffee maker wouldn't even puncture the coffee pod to be able to have a coffee.When we told staff about it, she didn't even offer a discount.....free stay.....nothing....we were not happy about that at all.We asked for a bigger room with a seating area and what we got was a jacuzzi tub by our bed that's not what we asked for.

Liked: The room was very comfortable. We had a great view of the city.We got to enjoy some afternoon sun.We got lucky. The room was very close to the elevator and the ice machine.
Disliked: The air conditioner was little loud during the night kept turning on and off.
