Very good

Horrible experience

Liked: The patios were nice but the gates were locked so the pool wasn’t easily accessible
Disliked: The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work and then buzzed loudly after trying to use them. The indoor pool was full of drunken parents “supervising” their kids. We asked for extra blankets and never got them. We asked for extra towels and they brought us a toothbrush and a razor. Lastly my kids came home with bug bites on them. I called the hotel to complain but they have not called me back.

Liked: Convenient location with shopping and variety of restaurants nearby
Disliked: Water from shower spattered all over the floor. No exhaust fan in the bathroom Smokers outside at entry where you had to walk through it when coming in and out. Need smoking area away from entrance door

Superb

In was just ok.

Liked: The bathroom was spacious. Check in staff was friendly but the check in process was long despite doing the pre check in.
Disliked: Check in time was long. There was a $10 charge for breakfast that was not mentioned in booking or check in. Duvet cover had numerous yellow stains.

Liked: We did not have breakfast
Disliked: The lighting in the room was poor. The booking information stated that there was a sofa, instead there were only a couple of chairs. On each side of the dresser were multiple outlets with two very bright green lights shining right at the beds. In order to get some rest, we had to cover them up with pillows. We also placed pillows on the floor in front of the door to keep the room dark - the gap letting light into the room from the hallway was very large.

Perfect spot to stay while...

Liked: The property is close to Mizzou, with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There is a big area that was perfect for family gatherings, large and small. There is a restaurant and bar onsite, should not want to leave with great staff. Sarah was quick with drink and friendly. The gym is very large and well equipped. There is an indoor and outdoor pool available. And guest services went above and beyond to help us with our third party reservations.
Disliked: Under going renovations. However, there was zero construction noise.

EXCELLENT customer service

Liked: Big and spacious. Lots of room available for family to gather. The Zone was a nice spot to stop by in the evening for a drink.
