Exceptional

Disappointing

Liked: The water pressure was decent but I wished for an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The mirrors steamed up.
Disliked: We were in a 2 bed suite and both beds squeaked every time you moved. You could hear the metal springs squeak all night. The AC unit was all or nothing. When it came on, it was loud and you could hear the water gurgling in the unit. I will say the unit worked so well we froze until the unit shut off and then the room quickly became warm. Hot-cold all night. On the second night we left early because we were not getting any sleep.

Disliked: Its minor but the air conditioner was very loud.

Horrible experience

Liked: The patios were nice but the gates were locked so the pool wasn’t easily accessible
Disliked: The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work and then buzzed loudly after trying to use them. The indoor pool was full of drunken parents “supervising” their kids. We asked for extra blankets and never got them. We asked for extra towels and they brought us a toothbrush and a razor. Lastly my kids came home with bug bites on them. I called the hotel to complain but they have not called me back.

Liked: Convenient location with shopping and variety of restaurants nearby
Disliked: Water from shower spattered all over the floor. No exhaust fan in the bathroom Smokers outside at entry where you had to walk through it when coming in and out. Need smoking area away from entrance door
