Liked: We love the value of the hotel. We love that they offer suites big enough to accommodate all of my kids.
Disliked: There was construction going and we were not told. It was a surprise to wake up to banging and walls rattling. Also, the pool closes at 8! When brought to management’s attention I was given a very condescending attitude. If I would have known that it closed at 8 I would have reserved a different hotel. The next morning we asked for a late check out which we were given. We did it so my kids could have the opportunity to swim. Only to find out that it was closed because it was being shocked but the pool workers were just sitting around.

Liked: The staff were great and very helpful.
Disliked: The carpet is a bit worn and older, the pillows while great looking when bed made were way to hard and not comfortable. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Disliked: The both rooms they had us in was very very outdated had mold in one and a cracked ceiling. The next room had a syrup stain on the carpet and outdated air conditioner and sink wouldn’t drain properly.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the words "water park" is in the name of the hotel, but the pools were closed half the day. When we asked when they would open, we got a rude response from one of the employees claiming our stay doesn't include the pool. That's the reason we got the hotel in first place. To enjoy the pool.
