Bed are comfy, 15 mins...

Liked: Lots of amenities around within walking distance.
Disliked: The technology associated with this property needs to be developed further. I requested via phone and text for cutlery and to my surprise it came 18 hours later..scanning the QR code to make a phone call directly from my cell phone to the front desk was painful. The connection sounded like I was in a third world country. Had issues with my bill but it was rectified by the hotel, but still a hassle that it happened to begin with.

Awful and l will not...

Liked: The property is filled with mold! There was nothing to like about it. Within three days, we were feeling sick
Disliked: The location was not good. There were druggies everywhere and the property had a lot of mold

Upgrades to the gym and...

Liked: It’s a cute hotel. The lobby area is actually really nice. We spent someTime just hanging out in the evening because it was a pleasant facility. Patio off the room is a great feature. The rooms overlooking the atrium also seem cool. It’s kind of a fun hotel to explore. They got a weird little basement with a massive gym with a running track and a pool.
Disliked: The elevator wasn’t working at the time. But I feel the rate reflected that. The gym and pool area could be amazing. But the area feels a little neglected. And honestly a little creepy. I wouldn’t want to be ah going out there alone as a lady or young child. Hot tub and sauna didn’t get hot. But the potential is there. It could be a pretty impressive facility with a little TLC. Otherwise they have everything you need to get the job done though.

Great place, great location, great...

Liked: Convenient location to get to anywhere in town. The room had a balcony which was excellent because I enjoy fresh air in the mornings.
Disliked: The pillows were made. feather or down. Would have been nice to have a regular or foam pillow option due to allergies.

Disliked: Hot tub not working. Hotel should have to tell you about that upon booking or give you a price difference to accommodate this not working.

Liked: The staff were great. They provided us with a handicapped room as per our request. The room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: The bed was lumpy...
