Bad
Liked: They charge a deposit that’s three times more than the cost of the room, and they refuse to return it voluntarily

Misleading
Liked: indoor track for, the lobby looked nice, beds were comfy
Disliked: When i booked it wasn’t stated anywhere that breakfast wasn’t included, i was very disappointed to have had to pay 18 dollars for a standard buffet hotel breakfast with limited food options.

Liked: The hotel is huge and pretty good in the lobby, lounge and restaurant. Staffs are nice and friendly.
Disliked: Unfortunately elevator was not working on that day but they let us know earlier and we arrived late around 7:35 at night. They gave us a ground floor as requested as I've kids. They gave us a parking number underground but it so stinks inside the parking lot. If you are going to exit in the door the sushi restaurant as soon as you open the door, there is a foul odour coming from outside. Inside our room, it’s clean and spacious but the drainage from the tub is not draining properly if you gonna use the shower before you get done, the water is like 3inches high and it takes a long time to drain. Then around 1 am, there was a smell same as the smell of gas coming from the vent as we opened the A/C on as it was warm inside our room. So we can't sleep well because of the smell. Around 7:30 am when we shower you can smell also all the food spices coming from the kitchen coming through the vent in the bathroom. We ended up cancelling our 2nd night reservation.

A deeply disappointing and exhausting...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: My stay was severely impacted by multiple, unresolved service failures. There was an electrical fire, followed by non-functioning air conditioning, elevators, phone lines, and unstable internet. Despite these major disruptions, the hotel offered only a token $200 refund for a 17-night stay.I had to evacuate at 3 AM with my minor daughter, carry 9 pieces of luggage alone up and down stairs (due to no elevator), and sleep in 32°C heat with a medical condition (sleep apnea using a CPAP). The hotel provided no help, no written acknowledgment, and refused to issue even basic documentation for insurance or refund claims.Staff were dismissive. The general manager focused more on avoiding liability than resolving the issue. Smoking rules were also ignored—guests smoked marijuana under my window, triggering my PTSD and causing health issues.I’ve never experienced this level of indifference at a Wyndham-branded hotel. Booking.com should seriously reconsider associating with this property.
