Superb
Liked: Sauna was a nice addition to the hotel. Nice rooms with a lovely view of the theatre.

Beautiful location sad hotel
Liked: Rooms tired, way too hot no proper air conditioning or ventilation. Breakfast poor.

Excellent, although....
Liked: The hotel room was nice, as expected.The sauna was only open in the evenings, I much prefer an early morning sweat.Nevermind, I will use the hotel again.

Location ok, staff horrible!
Liked: Horrible experience, I woke up in the morning with someone knocking on the door trying to get into my room three times. It turned out to be the cleaning guy. He tried a time after time to enter my room while he the door was closed locks and I was sleeping and when I open the door and ask him what’s happening he said ‘why are you not getting out of the room so I can clean the room’ and I said look the checkout is at 12:00 And why should I get out earlier at 09:30? He said because he wants to clean the room. this is horrible very very bad experience. I have never experienced this before any other hotel in my life.
Disliked: The staff and the horrible cleaning guy.

Good Hotel, But Lacks Warmth
Liked: The building looks nice from the outside, and its location is quite convenient. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and practical. One small but pleasant surprise was that I took two extra bottles of water at check-out, and they didn’t charge me for them. Also, the sauna was a great addition to my stay.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed on a Saturday, which was unexpected. Additionally, the receptionist, Ms. Merve, could have been more welcoming. When I checked in, I had to wait while she was busy on the computer, and she didn’t even acknowledge me or say something like, "Please wait, I’ll be with you shortly." Instead, she looked at me as if wondering why I was there or as if she was being forced to work. This made me feel unwelcome at the very beginning of my stay. A little more hospitality would definitely enhance the guest experience.
