Liked: Nice location but lodge wasn’t the cleanest.
Disliked: When we pulled out the sofa bed at midnight move droppings on it! These things happen but when I flagged on check out I asked someone to phone me - still no call. Then when they messaged me somehow it became our issue for not raising it on our ‘first day staying there’. We were only there for one night ……complaint handled REALLY badly which is why I’m now leaving a bad review. Master class on how no to handle a complaint ‘we’re really sorry BUT’ is not a good approach. Do better.

We would expect more from...

Liked: We liked the indoor pool and the surroundings (nature).
Disliked: We were very disappointed/shocked by the condition of the infrastructure and the cleanliness of our lodge. Just a few examples: When we settled into the lodge we found two used diapers under the bed (!), there was black mold in the bath rooms, the dishes were not clean, the knifes and peeling tool were completely blunt, the shower hose was leaking terribly and the shower head was falling apart, the toilet paper holder was broken, the toilet flush was not working properly, and, in general, it smelled very musty in the bed rooms and the bath rooms.

Disliked: The jacuzzi was broken and not enough adult only swimming times. An evening time would be ideal.
