Lovely place for families and...

Liked: The lodge itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely grounds, nice spa area. We had good breakfasts and a great dinner one of the evenings.
Disliked: Bed mattresses were a bit thin/tired, so not the most comfortable. No blackout curtains in bedrooms, so very light in the mornings. The spa was quite busy a lot of the time with families with children, so not restful or relaxing. Also, we had the gardeners with a noisy blower outside our lodge for much of the afternoon which made it impossible to rest or have a nap. Avoid staying here on a Tuesday if you're looking for a quiet space - it's their gardening day!

I LOVE THIS LOCATION, HOTEL,...

Liked: I opted out of breakfast .. I often do. But I do know there's a huge choice. X Last year I stayed here often. It's perfect for families, couples and us solo travellers. I will be back again soon!

Fantastic accommodation with great facilities...

Liked: The house was very spacious and clean and the facilities are great the kids really enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: The toilet in our en-suite did notFlush very well and was leaking some brown liquid from the flush handle. I did report it.

ideal to stay with friends...

Liked: Excellent staff and facilities. Overall excellent value for money. Already planning next stay in Auchterarder!!

Disappointing

Liked: Nice building and scenery
Disliked: The bedroom had cobwebs, and quite a lot of them, and there was a lot of dust of the headboard and behind the TV. For a 4 star hotel I also would have expected to be able to order breakfast and not have it buffet style.There wasn’t a lot of choice for breakfast either. I appreciate it was bank holiday weekend but the leisure facilities were jam packed, with no system to Mann how many people are there at one time. Also the lockers did not lock, so we have to leave our valuables unattended which we absolutely did not want to do, so we had to leave.
