Wyndham DFW Airport

Disappointing

Liked: How close it was to DFW. Staff was nice.. Bartender was a good and friendly.
Disliked: The room had a smell to it. The breakfast bar didn't have much food for 9;00 am . What was there was old dry or soggy.

Disliked: I had to wait for over an hour to be picked up from the airport, the male front desk agent was rude when I called 3 times for the van. According to the driver he did not tell him that customer was waiting ( I called the van 10:05 pm ) I was picked up 11:10 pm

Good value, but medium quality.

Liked: Convenient location near the DFW airport.
Disliked: Booking.com stated the full price but that price was lower than what I was actually charged. When I arrived I was sent to two rooms (one under construction, one not yet cleaned) before finally being assigned a room that was ready for a guest. Also, your website has the hotel rated very high. The hotel was fine, but does not match the quality of the ratings on booking.com.
