Disliked: Upon arrival at approximately 10:30 PM – 11:00 PM , I was made to wait for nearly an hour at the front desk due to what the staff claimed were “payment issues.” At no fault of mine, I had already paid in full through Booking.com , using Affirm financing , and provided all necessary documentation including booking confirmation, payment agreements, and invoices. Despite this, I was kept waiting late into the night, which was extremely frustrating and significantly disrupted my plans for rest and relaxation.To make matters worse, despite having already paid the total amount of $540 in advance, the hotel proceeded to debit an additional $540 + $250 security deposit from my personal credit card without any prior notification or consent. The following day, I had to spend time going back to the front desk just to clarify and request a refund for these unauthorized charges. Even more concerning is that, as of now, the $250 security deposit has still not been refunded , which is unacceptable compared to standard industry practices where such deposits are typically released within 24 hours.I was also instructed by the hotel staff to contact Booking.com to resolve the issue of the missing virtual card, which should have never been my responsibility as the guest. A representative from Booking.com even acknowledged how unreasonable this situation was from a guest perspective and assured me that guests should not be subjected to such treatment.This entire experience was unprofessional, stressful, and completely unacceptable . I booked my stay expecting a smooth check-in and comfortable accommodation, not to be dragged through billing confusion and unnecessary delays after already fulfilling my financial obligations.

Liked: The staff was prompt to take care of me after an unfortunate and stressful experience with my go-to loyalty chain. The facilities were clean and bright and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. This will be my first choice when I return to Las Vegas.

Lovely hotel, would stay again!
Liked: The rooms were a nice size, the staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked the fact it was slightly away from the busyness of the strip, it felt like a bit of a peaceful, tranquil place to come back to after the madness of the strip. We Ubered everywhere, it’s only a short distance but there is also a shuttle service. Pool area was lovely.Great hotel, would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing. It would be nice to have a bar/restaurant for the evening if you didn’t want to go out but that’s a small point.
