It could have been better...

Liked: The location was great! However I specifically ask the Front Desk about my view. I was advised it was a city view. Well if the garbage deposals and parking lot is the city it’s what she described to me.
Disliked: The front desk needs more training on being hospitable to your guests! When responding to questions: my question was why do I have a balance on my statement. And I have already paid. I was advised my debit card was pending??? And that’s how the system works? I don’t think that was a proper response regarding my expressed concern.

Liked: staff was excellent. location on the beach and proximity to restaurants was great

Awesome, much better than expected....

Liked: Walkable to everything, comfy rooms/beds, great ocean views, friendly staff, lobby espresso/gelati bar, great valet service.
Disliked: Small pool area. Thin walls but quiet hours were respected so no issue. Beach was crowded but it was Spring Break and still great.
