Liked: The young man who was the cook was so nice! And great at cooking. The guy who was working in the store was super nice too! Treated my kids to a sucker, and just very nice!

Disliked: Everything needs upgrading. Gym’s machine was broken. Room AC didn’t get the room that cold. At night it was hot. Did not like the beach as you cannot just lay on the sand as cars are driving around. There are No restaurants in property or nearby walking distance.

Poor maintenance and degraded facilities

Liked: Our booking included coffee and pastries for breakfast. In reality, there were no pastries, only a single urn of dishwasher coffee and artificial creamer
Disliked: Pool area was filthy with tattered furnishings. Hot tub was not clean. Hallways reeked of mold. Window seals failed and it was impossible to see outside due to condensation/fogging.

Good

Liked: Location was the best, most comfortable bed, great size room, 4th floor balcony ocean view was amazing. 2 bars on property, one inside hotel, one just steps right outside the hotel entrance. Bar outside had seating with ocean views, food, and right next to the pool area.
Disliked: You will need to pay for parking, $10 per day or park in the street, which is a good walk for someone with health issues. No free breakfast, prices start at $4.99 and up, breakfast for just myself and husband was $23, you will need to budget for breakfast. Pool was closed part of stay due to cleanliness, when it did open in the late afternoon water was green, hot tub was sparkling blue. Also, there is not much shade at the pool area. Housekeeping came only once for our 2 day stay and only emptied trash, no new towels, or bed freshening.
