Liked: Location is s very good. Nothing in walking distance, but very accessible to the airport in downtown Cleveland via car..
Disliked: General disrepair. Elevators not functional, elevator buttons not lighting up when you press them, laminate on door to hotel room, completely peeling away, bathroom door inoperable, light over bed not working both sides, telephone in room absolutely connecting nowhere, back parking lot door, not operable with key card, zero TV stations available in fitness room, uncleanliness in stairwells. I received a parking ticket, even though I filled out all the license plate information in order to validate that I was allowed to park in the lot. I was chastised by the shuttle owner for parking in the spot where the shuttle normally goes… I booked a King room and they gave me two queens so when I called from the room, they said no that's a King room and I said I'm in the room. It's absolutely two queens not a king and even though they apologized, I had to walk from the furthest, seventh floor room down to the front desk to pick up new keys to a different room and back…

I would not recommend And...

Liked: We Check-in at a little after 9. Didn't get to a room that we could actually sleep in. Till after midnight, we tried to get into like 5 different rooms. Each of them was nasty dirty toilet's not working one of the ladies. On the staff let my mother into a room that was occupied to use the bathroom. So we had to be at the event cheer leading by 7 o'clock. So we didn't have time for the breakfast so so I don't know how the breakfast was.
Disliked: It wasn't just as there was like another 5 or 6 other people. Trying to get into rooms the same time we were. They were having the same problems. Nasty rooms dirt nasty waters in the bathtub's toilets etc. Maybe if the rooms are disgusting, don't run them out. The receptionist said they were overbooked and that management knew about it. So have a talk with management. I don't know, but something needs to be done.

Liked: Good location, very clean, quick check in. Our room wasn’t ready and we were in a hurry and they had another room that they were able to switch us too.
Disliked: Room was not very cool. We brought a fan thank goodness and that helped.
