Great location, awful hotel.
Liked: The location was terrific, we were no more than 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Cleveland.
Disliked: The hotel was generally disappointing and aside from 2 people the staff was awful. The hotel appears nice from a distance, once you start to look closer everything is somewhat run-down and in need of better up keep. The hot tub was not in working order for our entire stay (our mistake for not checking first). We arrived later in the evening and realized my partner had forgotten to bring an extra pillow (she has sciatica and needs to sleep with a pillow under her legs), we asked for an extra as there wasn't one in the room and we were told that since housekeeping had left they wouldn't be able to supply one. In general every request to the front desk was met with either an eye-roll or just ignored. There was a person who had only been there for 4 days who helped us late Saturday evening when our keys stopped working. Oh yeah, there's ample parking, but only the front door works after hours, so you have to walk all the way around the building, in mostly darkness. Will never stay here again.

WORST SERVICE EVER. WILL NOT...

Disliked: Customer service was to the floor bad. Before I arrived, I received a text stating my reservation was set. I called to ask a question because I am a wyndham rewards Customer & was told that I didn't have a reservation after having made it on the 18th & my arrival day was on the 22nd. It took booking.com to call them & speak to a supervisor to make sure I had a room & was able to check in at 11am when I arrived because we hadn't slept in 24hrs. When we arrived at the airport, we were told we'd be picked up at 1140 & weren't picked up until noon. When we finally arrived to the hotel, despite having resolved my reservation & check in at 11, we were refused a room. In all of this, the receptionist was rude & unhelpful & unaccommodating. I told her that this had been resolved with booking.com & the supervisor of the hotel & that my room would be ready at 11am & told her that if she didn't get us our room that we'd be camping out in the lobby & sleeping on the couch until 3pm when check in was supposed to be. When she finally caved and let us check in, she was rude about it. As for when we got to our room, the elevator wasn't working properly & only went up to the 7th floor. Our room was 892 on the 8th floor & we had to lug 3 bsgs full of formalwear, shoes & computer up the stairs to the 8th floor. When we got to our room finally, there was a slit in th wall & when I moved the curtain, pieces of the wall fell off. I travel a lot for work because my daughter is a professional model & actress & this by far is THE WORST HOTEL STAY IN OUR LIVES! Quite honestly, I will be contacting Wyndham Customer Service & Headquarters both after this experience. The Wyndham is supposed to be a luxury hotel & I frequent their hotel the New Yorker away from using booking.

Room 90° AC did not...
Disliked: My air conditioner didn’t work. They said he was gonna send a maintenance man and never did it. Also Jacuzzi is down. It is not working so they only offered the pool but it’s still the same price as when did Jacuzzi worked? They are always overbooked so they don’t have enough sheets or towels this hotel has went down tremendously

Worst place ever
Liked: Leaving.
Disliked: Tried sitting in the lobby and every time you turn around the manager guy was asking me to leave even though I paid for a room.Staff arguing with each other up and down the halls. And someone walked into my room this morning. Thank God I had it locked.

Disliked: the hot tub was broken which was the reason we came here, the shower didn’t work which is crazy, the parking is terrible, staff was so unprofessional. stay away from here at all costs!
