Awful experience

Disliked: I get 2 vacation long weekends a year to go out of state on vacation. This was probably the worst experience yet. I always look to see the amenities that they offer before deciding on 1 hotel it has to be exactly what we need. We showed up to the hotel. The receptionist had an attitude. We drove 14 hours to get there and was really waiting for a dip in the hot tub. Get there and says "out of service"..... we grabbed food to eat later in the night and no microwave. What hotel doesn't have a microwave. Breakfast in the morning was awful. No waffle maker so we got options for under cooked French toast sticks. No fruit. Got locked out of the room numerous times said it's probably the lock on the door. I don't know but doesn't seem comfortable to me.. got back from another 14 hours home and feeling like I need another one. But it's not going to happen till August now...🤨😬😔

Liked: my special friend was given a very hard time when she needed a new room card, because she left other in room, I got called into work for a derailment, and can't have my phone on, and so she could not contact me and hotel didn't"t even try or left message. Even after I told them when I had to leave if there where any problems to call, then text, because I would check when I could. Also when I booked room nothing inform me that pool and hot tub where closed. This is not right and false advertisement. I booked this hotel because it said it had both, and at this point I want full refund, or comped at hotel with pool and hot tube. Thank you, Milo

Very Disappointed Stay

Liked: The staff was friendly!
Disliked: Upon arrival, the place seemed nice. Once inside & checked in the staff was pleasant but preoccupied with another call while checking me in. She stated it was her daughter asking what she could eat at home. I then proceeded to the restaurant/bar for a drink. Bar tender stated they only had limited items to off for dinner, which I was disappointed because there was nothing on my reservation that stated that. I had no car as I was waiting for my next flight. I went to my room where there were 10 to 12 kids running up & down the halls with little to no supervision. Staff finally managed to get the parents to quiet the kids down. Never will I stay with your hotel again. The worst experience I have ever had traveling alone. 😪

The staff was very nice...

Liked: Elevators wasn’t working and we had to take the stairs to the 8th floor! Our room keys also wasn’t working so we had to keep calling the staff to let us in. Also, we didn’t have a microwave! Horrible experience overall
