Liked: We loved the pool and the spa. The set up of the room
Disliked: Construction happening, beds were a bit hard and the fold out bed was so worn that I had to make a makeshift bed up on the floor. No spare sheets for it and the blanket in the wardrobe was dirty.

Pleasant

Liked: The individual spa was great.
Disliked: Overall the unit was tired and the toilet had a fault that stopped it filling back up, without resetting it under the lid. Wifi kept dropping so couldn't watch the TV well and no wifi upstairs.

Bad

Liked: was not satisfied as per the price
Disliked: no ventilation a person can die

Disliked: showing signs of wear in unit for price charged. inground private spa had no steps or handrail making it difficult and perhaps a little unsafe.

Great new look

Liked: Really liked the new renovation and lighting. Feels refreshing. The plunge pool was great for our kids they enjoyed it every night at the stay. Parking is a breeze and the heat pump helps on cold nights. They give you new towels and take away the used everyday.
Disliked: Only issues i had was in the bathroom. Coloured droplets on wall, toilet lid not screwed on properly so keeps moving when you seat on it and hairs left behind from previous visitors.
