Poor and never again

Liked: The little welcome bag.
Disliked: The bed sheets looked stained and dirty, to the point I went out and bought a pillow and cover and slept on top of the quilt.the building/surrounding looked tired and unkept. The room was dated and tired. Attitude and lack of communication from the man on check in,. Double glazed window that didn't seal correctly so let all the noise from the road in.

Disliked: Facilities were poor. We had no milk and no around in the morning to ask for some. Check out very impersonal, you just leave your key in a black box.

Hidden gem in Stockport

Liked: I have been staying at the Wycliffe hotel over the last couple of months on and off and I can truly state if ever I am in Stockport this is where I will continue to stay. On the reception desk Afeez is so helpful and courteous nothing is too much trouble for him, he is only too happy to help. The rooms are clean comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect for Stockport in general but also Stockport FC. There is plenty of parking and rooms are respectfully well priced. There is a restaurant and bar and as a single traveler I felt safe. A great experience.Thank youAnna

First visit, but a place...

Liked: Pleasant staff. Clean light bedroom, which had a good feel to it. After long day in the Peaks really nice quiet night a good sleep. And yes this is Stockport and aircraft were landing quite low but stopped around 10 pm and haven't started till some 10 am morning by when I was leaving anyway. Would come again.
Disliked: All good by me this time :-)

Liked: The staff, particularly Besma, was really helpful and friendly. She checked us in a bit earlier upon our arrival, and gave us the key since we were going to a festival and would not make it back to the hotel until later on. The bed was extremely comfy. The location was alright as well and easy to find.
Disliked: The walls are a bit thin. The first night, around 3am, there was a group of guys staying in the room next to us and apart from the fact that they were not trying to be quiet at all, you could just hear them talking and talking the whole night.
