Liked: There was very little to like. Good location. The room was mainly clean and comfortable. Member of staff Callum was to be commended on at least being polite and attentive.
Disliked: We arrived around 9:30pm to fine the receptionist snoozing at the desk (took us several attempts to get attention from him). We also found there was a birthday disco in the area immediately below our room - it was very noisy, not somewhere you could sleep. Thankfully it ended soon after 11pm, but we were less than impressed that we were not informed that this was going to be happening; we might have elected to find alternative accommodation. Breakfast however was a complete joke, very poor indeed and the main reason why we will never return - will attach photos. We spoke to a member of management by phone the day following our stay, they understood how unhappy we were and verbally agreed that it was not satisfactory, they promised to look into it - despite emailing to chase a response, we have not heard a thing. We can only assume that our payment is more important to them than our review and their reputation.

Hidden gem. All you need...

Liked: All you need for a short stay. - reasonably priced- good size room- friendly staff- good continental breakfast included- ample free parking- free internet and reasonable sized TV+ do like to be able to make my own cup of tea, which was freely available in the room
Disliked: Hotel is slightly dated, but must say kept well. Don't really have any negative comments.
