Peaceful surroundings with lovely views

Liked: Lovely apartment in the coach house. All amenities provided. Food in the bar was excellent. Stunning views. So peaceful & quiet
Disliked: Lack of wi-fi / no 4g signal - quite rural place but needed an improvement on the wifi.

Perfect choice.

Liked: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wychnor Park. We had a spacious room in the coach house and everything was provided for. Clean and comfortable. Lovely grounds. Will definitely stay again when next in the area.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Loved the grounds.
Disliked: Although the restaurant was new we found it expensive. We received no welcome pack in the room. Shower was not working in ensuite.We couldn't use the shower in our ensuite as it was constantly too hot and we were not told at check in. When letting reception know it was broken this we were told that it was known and they were waiting for the apartment to be out of use before it would be repaired. No compensation/small gift token was offered for this which we felt a bit let down by.

Very good

Liked: Pretty countryside, nice and modern facilities. Very welcoming staff. The hotel held nice Easter activities during my stay. Perfect for a family holiday.
Disliked: Insulation is not very good from floors to floors - got woken up by steps from above.

Wonderful experience, great getaway.

Liked: Lovely old house, we had a suite in the main house, it was very well appointed. The grounds were wonderful to walk around. Their bar opened while we were there which was nice, it meant that you could pool down for a drink without having to work out who was driving back from the pub afterwards. They do have a small amount of every day items like bread and some ready made meals available at reception.

Great location and facilities.

Liked: Beautiful location with great facilities. We will be looking to book again in the future.
Disliked: I hope they restore the greens on the golf course.

Liked: Pool, tennis court, and grounds were good. Staff were ok.
Disliked: Non working shower and request to fix it didn’t happen. Bar was closed two of the three days there and the greens on the course weren’t in play.

Stay in the country

Liked: It was peaceful, relaxing and reminds me of the past memories with family.Great location to stay and visit Go Ape in Cannock Chase.
