I would stay there if...
Liked: Clean room and bathrooms. Never needed to wait for bathrooms. The breakfast was quite good. It?s rare to find fresh fruit and berries at hostels, but, they did here. Kudos to them for providing health options if we so choose (they also had bagels, pancakes, granola bars, etc.).
Disliked: The price was the main issue. Chicago hotels are expensive, but, paying >$100 per night for a room with 10 bunks is hefty. I have been to much nicer, modernized hostels for less than half the price.

Liked: The location to the subway and the price.
Disliked: I wish the males had their own floor and there is a weird smell the whole place has.

Liked: The hostel is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are shared but set up in a way that you can lock the door and use them privately. The location is great; there are many food and shopping places around and it is super close to a train station (about a 5 minute walk) that takes you directly to downtown. It is a plus that breakfast is included in the price. They also provide linens, towels, lockers and a blow dryer for free. Great stay overall.

Disliked: Beds are not comfortable, even you can not sit on bed, it is possible to hit your head to bed ceiling. There is not enough space in the room, 4 beds for just 10 m2 space :( And there is just one bathroom for whole floor, about 20 peoples.

Liked: The common room is awesome. I stayed on pizza night and ate my fill of hot pizza for FREE! Super homey. Wish I were staying more nights.
Disliked: That I couldn?t stay longer
