Liked: Nicely presented. Clean and comfortable
Disliked: We had a ground floor room. The room above had very noisy, creaky floorboards.

Liked: All staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly.Room was clean with lovely view.
Disliked: Mattress was like sleeping on a rock and pillow was also uncomfortable.Did not sleep well.
