Liked: The pool it was beautiful and warm.
Disliked: The casino was extremely busy they had dance competitions on The entire place was almost booked out, but 1 lift was broken, which caused huge delays. i had a pram, so I had to use the lifts. we were waiting 20 minutes one time for the lifts, so we ended up taking the baby out of the pram and carrying the pram up the stairs. It's disappointing because I stay at the casino often, and the lifts are often out of action. The pool was amazing, but the baby pool was out of action, so we had to go use the bigger pool. Also, our shower in our room didn't work, we told reception when we checked out.

Disliked: The faulty lift, during a high function event and very little intervention from staff. Left lines of people trying to get to and from their rooms at peak times, sometimes waiting 10+ minutes for the lift due to guests not being able bodied to take the stairs to the ninth floor.

Disliked: Staff.Specifically the person who checked us in on counter was really rude, arrogant and ill mannered.

Liked: We stayed in the deluxe harbour view room. The view was phenomenal. The hot tub was great and the room was very clean.
Disliked: We had a king bed, which is two single beds combined together. Unfortunately one of the single bed has sunken in, so it felt like lying on an uneven surface. Especially where I slept, it gave me slight back pain.
