A beautiful hotel in the...

Liked: A stunning hotel - would definitely recommend. It’s in a great location, close to lots of sights (5-10 mins to Trinity). The hotel is really nicely furnished, the rooms are modern and have everything you need (including controls to open / close the curtains, air con etc.). Staff are really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A really small thing - looks like there is chromecast on the tv but couldn’t get it to work.

Disliked: Rubbish outside the building, possibly belonging to neighbouring business but really unsightly

Liked: Location was great! Although to have to walk down the stairs with luggage to check-in isn't fun. The rooms are lovely, good facilities, and well organized with storage under the bed, which helps make the room feel a little larger. the restaurant and bar feels welcoming. Staff are a little hit and miss. Sometimes lovely and sometimes dismissive.
Disliked: A minor concern;-A cleaning person removed the spare room card from the room, which felt like a security concern.-It was quite a lengthy process to organize a take away coffee in the morning. The staff behind the counter ignored another couple and I, to continue chatting with a colleague. When we finally ordered, the staff member did not know how to make the coffee, or put the payment through the till. There were only a couple of us looking to get takeaway coffee and not many people in the breakfast room at 9:15am ish, but the staff seemed like they couldn't really be bothered with service.

A nest of joy in...

Liked: I really loved the modern design of the room and building. I appreciated how clean and comfortable my nest was! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful too! The location was superb and really made my stay in Dublin that much more exciting and pleasant!
Disliked: Overall I was very satisfied and don’t have any complaints. I wish I had a longer stay and could have explored more of what Wren Urban Nest had to offer!

Liked: The efficiency and ease of checking in and the central location to everything
Disliked: There wasn't a lot of ventilation in the bathrooms. The stench from my DADS (day after drinking shits) would usually woft into the hall and the greater unit.

Nice hotel, would stay again...

Liked: Modern, Scandinavian vibes Lovely breakfast and perfect size of room for me
Disliked: There were a few small things that could’ve been improved. I noticed a plaster covering the TV signal port, which I had to remove myself — thankfully it was unused, but it’s something housekeeping should have picked up on. There was also an old notebook with chocolate left behind in the tea-making area (inside the fold-out kettle cupboard), which was a bit off-putting. Lastly, there were no bins provided in the room, which made tidying up a little inconvenient.

Great location, breakfast was great.
