Disliked: If you are a light sleeper, you will not sleep. Our neighbors had their TV on from 1am until about 8am, and it was incredibly loud through the walls. We could hear every bit, so that was hard.

Liked: The location was excellent and we always felt safe. The breakfast was fabulous. There was so much variety and new things to sample with very friendly staff. It was a great way to start the day. I loved all the sustainability features and the tech that enabled it.
Disliked: It would have been good to receive basic instructions on check in about putting the door card in the light slot. The instructions were in the room but it was dark as the curtains automatically close, so it took a minute for me to figure it out. A top sheet would have been lovely as the windows don't open, and the air conditioning didn't go that low. The duvet was too much but the only option was no cover at all.
