Disliked: Stairs to get down to reception from outside the hotel, harder with a suitcase (need a room key card to get into the lift to use the street level exit which is hard after check-out).

Liked: Fantastic central location, great staff & atmosphere. No problem leaving bags in pre or after checkout.
Disliked: Upholstery in the bar/restaurant was stained & worn.

Perfect location capsule room hotel.

Liked: The restaurant and wine options were great. The gathering space is also welcoming and I saw it well utilized in my visits. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. I was not planning to spend a lot of time in the room, so the capsule room type was just fine for me. The location is stellar for food, shops, transit & key tourist sites.
Disliked: Important to know - The lobby is downstairs and you either can use an intercom to access a lift or carry luggage down stairs. Also important to understand that these are mostly capsule rooms which can be awkward with big luggage or shared space - make sure to consider which configuration you book.

Calming environment, convenient location, great...

Liked: Excellent breakfast buffet with large variety of food choices in beautifully minimalist danish style decorated room. Service was super friendly and quick. We really enjoyed our stay in a great location!
Disliked: Walking downstairs to the lobby with heavy luggage wasn't that convenient. We didn't know there was an elevator available since this was our first time at the hotel.

Disliked: The car park was meant to be €16 when you have the ticket validated at reception. We did have our ticket validated but the car park cost €40. This was really disappointing as we could have found a better option for parking but took the recommendation from the hotel. We were in a rush to get to the airport at that point and had trouble getting out of the car park so did not have time to return to the hotel.
