Disliked: Spiderwebs on the window, spiders in the bathroom. Food is horrible.

Liked: Idyllic countryside location, big comfy beds, friendly staff and good spa facilities
Disliked: A few parts of the leisure centre looked a bit run down, and the breakfast was just OK compared to similar establishments (the cooked breakfast offering was nice but fruit was going off and the coffee was bad)

Perfect wedding venue

Liked: Perfect location & setting.
Disliked: Over £200 a night for room ( Rose) and all containers empty in shower.Check in chaotic as my parents had already been checked in on the system before they arrived, so it took 30 minutes ( after an 8 hour journey) to actually get to their room.

Lovely country manor stay -...

Liked: It looked like it was recently refurbished and the rooms are nicely and tastefully decorated - it doesn’t feel like a hotel, it feels almost like a private home. There are so many nice things to see and experience in the garden, like a cave, forest paths and lawn games. The staff were also particularly friendly and made us feel welcome. Shout out to Jose who went over and above to made my daughter’s breakfast enjoyable
Disliked: We couldn’t find an internal way to get to the leisure centre. A treatment service for massages etc would be nice too
