Exceptional

Liked: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Loved the Queen Mary Suite.Excellent staff.Great breakfast and evening meals.Will definitely stay again when back in the area.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

It’s convenient to my purpose...

Liked: It’s a big room and quiet area. Breakfast is good.
Disliked: Dated furnitures, the mattress and pillows are hard and uncomfortable.

If cleaned could be recommended

Liked: Lovely and nice people , comfy bed, really nice breakfast
Disliked: Lots of mould and dirt cold room :/

A pleasant hotel but needs...

Liked: Room very cold, bathroom so cold couldn’t have a shower
Disliked: Warmer double glazing to windows as large amounts of condensation

Always stay here as no...

Liked: From walking through the door, greeted by Helen. She knew who I was always there to please. As are all the staff. Comfortable great quality food great location plenty of parking. Say no more.
Disliked: That we didn't stay longer.

Everything fine except uncomfortable mattress

Liked: Staff were excellent , very clean.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable , and understaffed.
