Liked: It’s very close to downtown Victoria within walking distance and also walking distance to both ferries from Port Angeles and Victoria clipper from Seattle.

It suited our needs to...

Liked: The fact that we were not time share guests we not told there would not be any room service. Since we were staying 4 nights I didn’t think we had to go to front desk and as for TP for example. With that being said staff were very accommodating to giving us an early check in and extra parking. Again the fact that you have to pay for wifi is annoying.

Liked: Great location with a roomy, comfortable unit for us. The staff was friendly and their service was very good.
Disliked: Confusion about payment took up some of my time during the holiday. I had to make phone calls, and extra trips to the desk. This seems highly unnecessary. Not sure if this is due to an error on the part of Booking.com or a third party. This is a time share hotel, so they did not want any part of the payment.

Looking forward to next visit

Liked: Location on the water by Fisherman's Wharf. Large comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent staff...all friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike!

Great JamesBay stay

Liked: All was excellent. James Bay good place. Outside pools awsome, warm. Family enjoyed a lot.
Disliked: Internet WiFi was not for free.
