A nice place, but the...

Liked: Nice, spacious accommodations, lots to do at the resort
Disliked: Our checkout date was incorrect, so that our card key stopped working 2 days early. When we went to get it corrected, there was no apology, just a curt response from the staff. Also, there was very loud construction noise going on in the room above us from 9-5 the last 3 days. When we called to report it, we were met with "Oh well, we can't control what goes on in other rooms." That should not have happened. We paid a good amount of money and expected a peaceful, pleasant stay.
