Ra ra riot.

Liked: Loved the spacious studio room and welcoming staff. Location was perfect with amazing views of waterfront park. Enjoyed the comfy beds and ability to stay in or enjoy the city.
Disliked: The protest across the street, but it's Portland.

The rude neighbors above by...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The people above us came home at 3am and proceeded to stomp on the floor and bash things on floor the entire rest of night I got zero sleep and it caused a huge fight between my gf and I.

Not advisable neighborhood.

Liked: Good price, Great facilities except for seedy neighborhood.
Disliked: The room description in booking.com should have said that the room came with a Murphy bed which reduces considerably the room space when unfolded. You cannot look at TV but in bed. The neighborhood is the worst in Portland. The hotel staff advise against parking the car on the street, they would alleviate the problem with valet garage at $40 per day. Otherwise, the facilities are great for a reasonable price.
