Liked: Beautiful setting and space that felt like home away from home.

Absolutely wonderful.

Liked: Everything needed was provided from living room to bathroom. The Murphy mattress was too soft for me, but the sheets and blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand and dish soap was provided. Kitchen had what you needed for a quick breakfast, coffee, and tea. It rained and snowed the second day, but the electric fireplace made it warm and cozy. This was my second stay and I will stay again. The rooms are clean and the grounds are quiet. I enjoyed my stay. There is a large squirrel around the property and they have a crosswalk especially for him.

Liked: The location was close to where we had to go to visit father-in-law, so it was very convenient to that location and we were able to come back and relax each day knowing he was close by.
Disliked: The murphy bed wasn't the most comfortable - the big gap left at the top of the bed when it was pulled down was a big gap for pillows, but it was functional and OK.

Liked: King bed, large master bedroom, spacious bathroom area, serene location. Friendly, helpful staff who was knowledgeable about the area.
Disliked: I first stayed at the Pinetop, AZ Worldmark, over 20 years ago. I've returned many times over the years. It had always remained my favorite location in the US.It's not what it once was, though. The cleanliness of the unit was subpar. The kitchen electrical outlets did not function. The ignitor on the grill did not work. There was no extra blanket or pillow nicely tucked into the hall closet, small plastic bags of spices in the kitchen cupboard, ice cubes ready in the freezer, or unit heated to a comfortable temperature (it was 60 degrees in our unit upon our late winter day arrival). Even the trashbags were hit with the decline in quality. They were too thin to carry light weighted items any further than 5 feet into the hallway from the kitchen without the bag breaking open. There was a manual push vacuum in place of the electric one we had happily used so many times over the years. There was a simple broom and dustpan, but no mop.The paper towels and toilet tissue were crisp, thin, and non-absorbant.The strive for excellence and an extra touch that welcomed us to a home away from home are no more.Worldmark disappointed us for the first time. From my 1st stay at a Worldmark, I have refused to stay at a hotel and have always chosen Workdmark when available. Worldmark is no longer the company I have bragged about for over two decades, nor is it leaps and bounds above a mundane classless hotel like it once was.
