Liked: Everything was clean and it was furnished… even the office did everything they could to try to get us the things we wanted; ketchup packets.. lol thanks so much. We enjoyed playing games down stairs also..
Disliked: The amount of options we were allowed to use; for example the air hockey, foosball, shuffle, and exercise equipment. We even found out we could have played PlayStation 4 if we wanted.

Idyllic, clean and spacious accommodations

Liked: We loved how spacious and clean our hotel rooms were! The beds were comfortable, the balcony was nice. We had everything we needed and the pool was fun. We were able to walk to nearby Zermatt for breakfast and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth.
Disliked: Parking is tight in the garages under the buildings, so we parked our van in a space outside instead. The rooms were bright at night and in the early morning, when we prefer black out curtains. Still, we had a great stay.
