Liked: The property is beautiful.
Disliked: Straight off work and after a 3 hour drive we arrived to the resort at 10pm only to be told that my booking was canceled because they had over booked. Even when my reservation was payed for in advance. The front desk was not much help only offered a phone number to call, was in my car, hot and exhausted with kids and on the call for more than an hour most of it spent on hold by them and did not get a room until midnight & only to be downgraded from my 2 bedroom condo to a 1 bedroom. Imagine 3 teen kids cramped in a 1 bedroom, it wasn’t ideal but we had to make do.

Liked: Everything was excellent I can't complain about any of the visit.

Disliked: My overall all stay was excellent. However while in the lazy river Ione of the days, I witnessed 1 particular staff member be rude to other visitors (on 2 separate occasions) which both happened to be older adults. It was very disappointing to see/hear.

Great family vacation. Definitely will...

Disliked: No service for cell phones inside rooms you had to purchase WiFi
