Disliked: Our hot water heater went out. Had to take a cold shower. The staff did have another unit next door cleaned and we moved there and they left us a nice gift. The new unit the ice maker didn’t work though.

Liked: I liked that there was a partial view of the lake. I had requested this when reservations were made months in advance because this outing was for my sister's birthday. The suite was clean, and they left a gift bag for my sister.
Disliked: The location did not offer food. The initial interaction was with a staff member (sales?) that presented a smile, but whose actions were different. She kept telling us to come back in 1/2 hour because we arrived early, and we did so to no avail: room still not ready. Once we dealt with a different staff member, we got in more quickly, although it was near the normal checkin time. The pictures online give a nice depiction of the "main" property. It does not show the building we were put in that was next to garbage cans, heavy equipment, and did not have a grassy area. The gutter was leaking water (it was raining) causing an obstruction in the path to the stairs which were stained with filth in different areas, including the landing.
