Liked: I go each year with my family. It’s a nice family resort . Kids can be kids and enjoy themselves. If you want to fish it’s right there on the dock. We enjoy coming to worldmark. Very convenient. I just feel staff needs to work better on double booking as there where many over bookings and family’s coming from far being forced to down grade to smaller rooms separating families just to accommodate their timeshare families what was told by staff it’s not okay for someone to pay their cash and get to a resort to be told their room was downgraded to a smaller room because they had to accommodate their timeshare families. It was multiple problems with that. Now that was so unprofessional and it did create a bad experience for families they was to be together and not placed to be separate in two smaller rooms.
