Had a good time but...

Liked: Staff were lovely and breakfast was good. Overall hotel was very good.
Disliked: We paid for a balcony room which definitely isn’t worth the extra money - it also smelt like a drain. The hotel quickly moved us but didn’t offer a refund on the difference in price.

Liked: Location is just superb! Right by the metro station, but also not far from the center to walk.Amazing and helpful staff! In this extreme heat, I was offered an early check in without extra charges, and this saved my whole day.Very very good mattresses and pillows.
