Liked: Fabulous location in the city centre, and with so many fantastic restaurants on our doorstep.
Disliked: Nothing other than it didn’t have its own outside terrace which would have been lovely.

Liked: Location is fine. Only 10 euro from Milano centriole. Walkable distance to Duomo. Bathroom is nice. Room has high ceiling, I like that.
Disliked: 1. Breakfast area has no rules on customer changing diaper for the baby.2. Staff forgot to extend the room card after extend checkout time, which made me stuck in the elevator without access to go down nor get out of the elevator, it was very scary. It made me think the elevator had a problem. I had to call through booking.com provided phone number to the front desk for help. The elevator does have a problem—regardless the key access, it should allow people to open the elevator door to get out. But it doesn’t; meanwhile, there is no connection to anyone in the building from within the elevator. Think about if anything happens anyone got stuck in the elevator, what is going to happen—he or she won’t be able to get help at all if no cell phone on hand nor not knowing the phone number to call.
