not great. we switched to...

Liked: My original booking had a nice room. Unfortunately they did not honor my booking and moved us to a smaller room on the 2nd floor next to the elevator because they defined our 14yr old daughter as an adult - even though my original room could easily accommodate 3 people.
Disliked: location was in tourist area
